Let's Fork Tonight with Chef Michael

About Chef Michael

A passionate personal chef who teaches others to appreciate the finer points of feasting, Chef Michael is the local chapter president of the Taster's Guild and founder of his namesake Wine Club, both of which are nationwide societies of food and wine enthusiasts. But don't be fooled - though he was genuinely inspired to cook while watching his mother entertain dinner guests, Chef Michael's later-formed salty outlook is the winning accoutrement to any dish. Just ask the thousands of foodies and wine enthusiasts that he's entertained over the years with signature plates inspired by unique culinary infusions and tantalizing libations. From specific meal planning and dietary restrictions to classic dishes and exotic creations, Chef Michael executes mouthwatering meals that will make your palate sing!
