Details of Participation

Eligibility. No one is excluded from visiting our properties or purchasing a timeshare. You must meet certain financial qualifications and attend a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation in order to participate in this promotion. If you do not attend the full presentation, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rental rate for the applicable villa at that time, will be charged to your credit card. Minimum financial qualifications: Offer limited to US or UK Citizens, or permanent residents between the age of 25 - 70 with a household income of $50,000 USD (the combined income of unmarried persons living together can be used to determine "household" income, gainfully employed, creditworthy and possess a major credit card.  (If you are a single woman, you must be between the age of 28-65)  You must present personal identification such as a driver's license or passport at time of sales presentation so that, in the event of purchase, notary requirements can be met.  (If you are living together, you must present ID verifying your joint residency.)

You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation, or have participated in a sponsor promotion requiring attendance at a sales presentation: (i) within the last eighteen (18) months at any Star Island Resort Property, have participated in more than one previous promotional offer to Star Island, or a Florida Resident. Currently, Star Island Owners & Star Island Resort employees and their immediate families are not eligible. If married or living together, couples must attend sales presentation together; individuals may purchase separately. Offer valid one per family only. Guests are asked to speak, read, and write, English or Spanish.,

Accommodation Details. Reservations are on a space-available basis. Savings and available accommodations may vary by season. Promotional accommodations are offered in 3 villa types: the mini suite that will accommodate 4; the 1 bedroom deluxe that will accommodate 4 or the 3 bedroom that will accommodate 8-10.  Floor plans can be viewed on our website under "Suite Amenities"  Standard value of accommodations range from $179 to $295 per night. Upgrades may be available at an additional cost. All other charges, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and not included in this special rate. Holiday or high season rates may apply. Written confirmation required to check-in.

Purpose of Promotion. Promotions requiring attendance at a sales presentation are for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership. Guests may not be eligible to purchase a vacation ownership interest in the project where the sales presentation occurs. Sponsor reserves the right to change this offer prior to purchase without notice. Offer not valid with any other promotional offer.
