Star Island Resort is pleased to welcome Guizar Tennis Academy. GTA offers a wide variety of tennis services for you and your family to enjoy.  Nicolas Guizar, President of GTA, has coached players to more than 100 Championship titles in the Junior ITF Circuit. He trained and mentored Ryan Sweeting, the 2005 US Open Junior Champion.

• Served as Head Coach of the ITF Center for Mexico, Cent. America, & Caribbean
• More than 50 of his players reached top 100 ITF Jr. world ranking
• Has coached players to more than 100 Championship titles in Jr. ITF Circuit

Current Tennis Programs

• Beat the Heat Free Clinic - Tuesdays 9 am - 10 am GUESTS ONLY (Not Offered on December 27th, 2011 and January 3rd, 2012 for Christmas Break)
• Group Clinic - $30 per person (3 people minimum) - Call to arrange time
• Quick Start Tennis - $20 per hour (Kids 5-10 years old) - 5 pm - 6 pm
• Private Lessons - $85 per hour - Call to arrange time
• High Performance Tennis Academy - 7am - 10 am and 3 pm - 5 pm - Call for more information
